The biggest tip I could give a teen who thinks they need to lose weight is... don't worry about what anyone else thinks, don't look at others, images you see or stereotypes of society.
Be comfortable with who you are and your place in the world... then and only then look at yourself in terms of your health and wellbeing.
Can you move with freedom?
Can you fit into clothes that are common for your height?
Can you do normal activities (social and sporting) with your peers?
