What are the South Beach Diet Allowed Foods?

In phase one of the south beach diet, most of the allowed foods are protein based. Meats (lean cuts), poultry (skinless chicken breast) and nuts etc.

You can have aggs, although it would be preferable if you used only the whites, and even sweets! Yes that's right sweets, just no more than 75 calories a day.
