Motivation Video - A Shift Of Focus
Motivation can require a number of factors to be aligned before you get the drive to tackle a challenge or perservere with a task.
But initially it takes a shift in ones thinking. Not just 'positive thinking', but a genuine acceptance of your role in events and the determination to seek your ultimate path through a challenge, a life stage or ultimately what you see as your path of life.
We are all just travellers on our life journey so we often have varying events in our life that can sum together as a whole. One such event I documented in a motivation video.
It was about a time of struggle that led to a realisation.

Diet Plans For Weight Loss - My Favourite
Of all the diet 'hype' around it can be very difficult to work out what is real and what is just a fad.
I stumbled upon the particular diet plans for weight loss not with the intention to lose weight, but to cleanse my body in an effort to rid myself of consistant sinus problems.
The main premise of the diet is simply healthy eating.
Removing the diet of processed foods so what you do put in your body can assimilate better and offer you more energy and a healthier body.
