In my research of a number of different diets that are available I have discovered a common theme.
Common in both what many people are searching for and a number of different diets.
Firstly, people are looking at ways to lose weight quickly. Crash diets are what a lot of people want.
Secondly, 3 days seems to be the timeframe for losing all this weight and finally...
