South Beach Diet Phase One Recipies and Dirtbikes

Time to imagine... losing weight is more often a mental game than a physical one.

So imagine having the energy to go dirtbike riding. That was always my goal when I would want to lose weight. I wouldn't even think about losing weight. I'd be thinking thoughts of "I want to have the energy and fitness to be able to ride around the track for longer and stronger"
